After LL.B from Banaras Hindu University in 1976 and getting enrolled as Advocate in Bar Council of U.P. in 1977, started law practice before labour authorities, Labour Courts and Tribunals not only in State of U.P. but pan India.

His 47 years experience in dealing with cases from conciliation stage to Supreme Court, knowledge of the procedures, practices and court crafts, has enriched him recognized Labour Lawyer Consultant and has enabled him to find out efficient solutions in case of challenging issues faced by employers. During his long professional journey, he has successfully dealt with several strikes, Lock-outs, Lay-off and incidental labour issues. Successfully dealt with industrial disputes before Labour Court & Industrial Tribunal relating to dismissal, discharge, retrenchment, resignation, promotion, regularization etc. Since 2001, he shifted his place of practice to Allahabad High Court.

His legal acumen made him pen down than 24 articles in leading labour & service law journals. The National Judicial Academy, Bhopal, chaired by Chief Justice of India, invited him as faculty/resource person to share his experience in National Level Conference of Presiding Officers of Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal. In this conference he is privileged to address the participants along with Judges of Hon’ble Supreme Court, Justice C.K. Thakkar, Justice Dharmadhikari & Justice V. Gopala Gowda, along with other High Court Judges & Legal luminaries.

He has written commentaries on four Labour Codes for Law Publishers of national repute, which are in print awaiting notification for the date of enforcement.

Apart from being the trainer for Hero Moto Corps for few years, has conducted workshops and seminars on different topics of Industrial & Labour Laws for Judicial Training Institute - Lucknow, Philip Morris, NTPC, BHEL, Heavy Water Board, Department of Atomic Engineering, BARC, & Hawkins Cookers Ltd. and other multinationals on Labour Laws. He is also a lifetime member of Allahabad High Court Bar Association and National HRD Network.

Got enrolled as Advocate in Bar Council of U.P. in 2012.After practising in varied fields like Criminal Law, Family Law, Anti-Doping Law and Intellectual Property Rights and a short stint in the Supreme Court of India, he came back and joined his office in 2013.

Since then, he has been actively practising in Industrial & Labour Laws with special focus towards Litigation. He has been handling matters pertaining to Industrial Disputes Act, EPF&MP Act, ESI Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act and other associated laws.

He was invited as Guest Speaker at MSME Forum on the topic of Role of Labour Laws for Startups & MSME's.He has co-authored many articles which have been published in leading law journals.He is also a lifetime member of Allahabad High Court Bar Association.
